How do I update my billing information

Only the primary user can update payment information. If your account is not in a trial mode, you will select your account (upper right corner with the user name on the button) and select "Billing."

You can update your credit card infomation there.

 

Where can I get a copy of a receipt

The primary user's email address will automatically receive a receipt each month. The primary user can also access billing history and view receipts by account (upper right corner with the user name on the button) and select "Billing."
