To access the My Profile page, click on the account button (upper right corner with the users name) and select "My Profile."

How do I change my password?

You can enter your new password in the Password section of the profile and re-enter it to ensure it is correct. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long.

 

How do I update my email address?

You can enter a new email address in the My Profile section. Once you enter a new email address, your account will be locked until you verify your new email address. A verification email will be sent to the new email address. Click on the link to re-activate your account.

 

How do I add a company logo?

Only the primary user can add/update the logo. Under the Logo area of My Profile, you can upload a new logo. The maximum dimensions of the logo are 325px x 150px. Images will be proportionally scaled. Acceptable file formats: JPG, GIF or PNG. Maximum of 1Mb.

 

How do I add a profile photo?

Under the Logo area of My Profile, you can add a photo under Profile Photo. The maximum dimensions of the logo are 150px x 200px. Images will be proportionally scaled. Acceptable file formats: JPG, GIF or PNG. Maximum of 1Mb.
